The term "climate justice" refers to a strategy that incorporates environmental ethical and legal frameworks in order to address the unequal costs that climate change imposes on communities who are already susceptible to its effects. The objective of this essay is to analyze the historical context, current legislative frameworks, and ethical foundations that are responsible for promoting climate justice. In addition, it analyzes key case studies in order to draw lessons for future legal strategies, so shedding light on the challenges and conflicts that stem from the intersection of ethics and the law. The research also identifies these trends and methods, as well as examines growing trends and innovative ways in climate justice law. It places a focus on the role that technology and data play in allowing legal activities, and it analyzes these trends and approaches. It is the major emphasis of the suggestions that were made to policymakers that the inclusion of climate justice into legislation and the development of collaboration among a large number of stakeholders be brought to the forefront. By bridging the gap between environmental ethics and the law, the objective of this article is to contribute to an approach to climate governance that is more equitable and resilient.
