The experience of business leaders is increasingly needed for every business activity inside a company, particularly in the area of human resource management. The human resources department is one of the most significant assets of any organization when it comes to improving performance and establishing a competitive advantage. As a result, human resource management techniques should be built on ethical principles such as openness, equality, and transparency. The goal of this study was to determine how many industrial companies that listed on the Amman Stock Exchange outsourced their human resource management tasks to BEs and to evaluate how this affected the performance of these companies. The results showed that all human resource management methods give priority to BEs. The research found that there was a strong commitment to BEs throughout all of the HRM operations, including recruiting, selection, training, remuneration, and performance assessment. The research also discovered that BE practice has an impact on all HRM tasks, in addition to OP compensation. At the end of the study, the researcher put up a list of recommendations since he thought that a greater commitment to BEs was necessary in order to improve OP.
