In today's competitive corporate world, it may be challenging to retain outstanding staff. High turnover rates have a detrimental effect on an organization's stability and productivity, and they can lead to higher recruiting costs. Well-executed Human Resource Management (HRM) solutions to this difficulty may lead to a better work environment, more employee happiness, and lower staff turnover. Employee engagement programs include pay and benefits, performance assessments, professional development, and rules about work-life balance. The primary focus of this study is on human resource management (HRM) methods and how effective they are in reducing the likelihood that workers will take time off. As part of the quantitative research technique, a structured survey was employed to gather data from 112 workers. The results emphasize the importance of inclusive and tailored human resource management practices for improving morale and keeping the best employees. The results of the research might help companies improve their human resource management procedures, adjust to a more diverse workforce, and retain their most valued employees.
