Author Guidelines

In the International Journal of Advances and Innovations in Agriculture Science & Technology (AIAST), authors are required to uphold professional standards throughout the review and publication process. The following obligations are applicable:

• Any manuscript submitted to this journal must be original. This means it should not have been published before in its current, or similar, form. It should be noted that the journal editor may verify the originality of submissions received.
• The work should not have been previously submitted to or be under consideration by any other publication.
• In cases of a conflict of interest, it must be declared upon submission, allowing the editor to decide how to proceed. The guidelines on conflict of interest in research and publishing ethics should be consulted.
• By submitting work to AIAST, the author guarantees that the work is not in infringement of any existing copyright.
• Authors are expected to promptly address any inquiries during the publication process to facilitate effective communication.
• Authors hold responsibility for all aspects of their work, including the investigation and resolution of queries concerning accuracy and research integrity.
• Correspondence between authors and the journal editor should remain confidential until an editorial decision is reached.
• Authors are obligated to appropriately acknowledge individuals who have made significant contributions to the submission.
• Acknowledgments should encompass others involved in the research.
• Exclusion criteria are applicable to individuals who have not contributed or chosen not to be associated with the work.
• Authorship cannot be attributed to Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Authors utilizing AI tools should delineate the content created or modified and cite the tool's name and version.
• Additional works referenced by the AI tool should also be cited.
• Conventional tools for spelling and grammar enhancement are not encompassed within this guidance.
• The Editor and Publisher assess the permissible use of AI tools.
• Ethical Approval for Human Participants:
• Authors undertaking research involving human participants must consider the necessity of ethical approval.
• Details of informed consent should be included in the submission.
• Authors' dedication to scholarly integrity and ethical research practices is imperative for the advancement of knowledge in law and management.

Third-party copyright permissions

To publish an article in the AIAST, authors must first obtain written permission to use any third-party copyrighted material within their manuscript. This permission needs to encompass non-exclusive rights for both print and electronic reproduction of the material for the entirety of the work's lifespan, with no time limitations specified.
